Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and in all related policies published on dewa78.cam.

By accessing the dewa78 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform and refrain from registering or using any dewa78 services.

Access to and use of dewa78 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction that does not prohibit online gambling;
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of dewa78 or any of its associated entities;
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or banned from dewa78 under any prior account or identity;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

To access dewa78's full range of services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active dewa78 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching identity documents, IP addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — will all be suspended, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dewa78 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify dewa78 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• KYC Verification: dewa78 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation — at any point during the account life cycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• Account Currency: All dewa78 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees are borne by the Member.

dewa78 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment channel and your account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dewa78 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or e-wallet providers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification in full.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and payment channel.
• Verified accounts receive an average withdrawal processing time of under five minutes. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance windows or in cases where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. dewa78 reserves the right to request an alternative method where the original channel is unavailable.
• dewa78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to a Member's historical betting activity. Such reviews may extend processing times by up to 5 business days.

dewa78 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. dewa78 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including based on account history, deposit patterns, and geographic location.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and, where stated, the qualifying deposit) — that must be fulfilled using real-money wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Live casino table games and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) toward wagering requirements compared to slot titles (typically 100%), unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• dewa78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already activated by Members in good standing.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated wagering across accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and carry no cash value prior to meeting all applicable wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the dewa78 platform — including sports betting markets (football, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and E-sports), togel draws, live casino tables, and slot games — are governed by the following general rules and by the specific rules published for each product category within the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dewa78 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after confirmation, except where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified by dewa78 at its sole discretion.
• dewa78 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been materially affected by match-fixing, data corruption, or a manifest error in the odds feed, regardless of whether the affected event has already settled.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets: if one or more legs of the accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs. A single-leg remainder is settled as a single bet.
• For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets: specific handicap rules, push conditions, and settlement procedures are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• dewa78 operates a maximum payout cap per bet and per event, the current limits for which are published in the Platform's Sportsbook and Casino sections and are subject to change.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the subsequently confirmed odds (due to a feed latency or technical error), dewa78 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void the bet entirely, at its discretion.
• For live casino games provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), the studio's own rules govern the game outcome. In the event of a studio-side technical failure mid-game, the studio's void and settlement policy applies.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law-enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity documents; impersonating another individual; or otherwise deceiving dewa78 in any material respect.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one dewa78 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform features, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have, directly or indirectly, sought to influence the outcome; or placing bets based on inside information relating to match manipulation.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimize funds derived from criminal activity. dewa78 complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit that was credited to and used within your dewa78 account.

All content on the dewa78 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewa78 or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from dewa78;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform's software;
• Use dewa78's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorization.

dewa78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data (including identity documents and payment information) is collected for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of Platform services.
• dewa78 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant authorities where required by law.
• All data transmissions on the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Sensitive financial data is handled in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting dewa78 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa78 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform and its services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

dewa78 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, contracts, or goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, telecommunications disruptions, or third-party system outages beyond dewa78's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by a Member's failure to secure their credentials;
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

Where dewa78's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dewa78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• A determination by dewa78 that continued account operation poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk;
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination for cause, dewa78 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Verified real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within 14 business days, subject to any applicable AML holds or legal obligations.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact dewa78 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be honored in full for accounts in good standing.

dewa78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — affecting Member rights, withdrawal procedures, or fee structures — dewa78 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email address where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa78 is incorporated and licensed internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dewa78's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits dewa78's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or prohibited conduct provisions.
